A vibrant and zesty Greek chicken marinade that transforms ordinary chicken into a culinary celebration.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1.5 lbs Chicken pieces

Instructions

  1. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk until the ingredients are well blended.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the bowl, ensuring they’re coated evenly with the marinade.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or place it in a zip-top bag.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours for maximum flavor.
  6. Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook as desired: grill, bake, or pan-fry until fully cooked and juices run clear.

Notes

For the best results, use fresh lemon juice. Allowing the chicken to marinate overnight enhances flavor.
