Savory Greek Chicken Tenders marinated in olive oil, garlic, lemon, and spices, perfect for weeknight dinners or weekend BBQs.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika until well combined.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, or if baking, set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Grill or bake the chicken tenders for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and are golden brown.
  5. Remove from the heat and allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces or fresh vegetables.

Notes

For maximum flavor, marinate for at least 2-4 hours, or overnight if possible. Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness.
