  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for maximum flavor.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the leftover marinade.
  5. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, ensuring the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
