Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 zucchini
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken and vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the garlic, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
  3. Add the chicken and vegetables to the marinade. Let them sit for at least 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated chicken and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between chicken and veggies for a beautiful presentation.
  6. Grill the kabobs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Leftover kabobs can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
