A delicious blend of smoky bacon, tangy BBQ sauce, and melted cheese on grilled chicken, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the chicken breasts all over with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper to season.
  3. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked through.
  4. Lay the cooked bacon strips over the chicken in the last few minutes of grilling.
  5. Pour BBQ sauce over the top and sprinkle with Monterey Jack cheese.
  6. Close the grill lid to let everything melt and meld together smoothly.
  7. Serve hot, with extra BBQ sauce on the side if desired.

Notes

Marinating the chicken in BBQ sauce before grilling adds extra flavor. For crispy bacon, microwave it partially before grilling.
