  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (like almond or peanut)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips or dried fruits
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the mashed banana, nut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well blended.
  3. Add the rolled oats, baking powder, and salt to the mixture, stirring until fully incorporated.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips or dried fruits of your choice.
  5. Scoop the mixture onto a lined baking sheet, leaving a bit of space between each cookie.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown around the edges.
  7. Allow them to cool before transferring to an airtight container for storage.
