  • 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the mashed bananas, Greek yogurt, eggs, honey, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl. Mix until fully blended.
  3. Add the rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt, stirring until completely combined.
