  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl until the mixture is smooth and slightly frothy.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet, stirring gently. Cook until soft curds form.
  4. Add the crumbled sausage and bacon, mixing them well into the eggs.
  5. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until it melts into the filling.
  6. Warm the tortillas until they are flexible.
  7. Spoon a generous amount of the filling into each tortilla.
  8. Fold in the sides and roll tightly to encase the filling.
