  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until smooth and frothy.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet.
  4. Gently stir the eggs as they cook until soft curds begin to form.
  5. When the eggs are almost fully set, fold in the crumbled sausage and bacon.
