Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and scramble the egg mixture until fully cooked and fluffy.
  3. Spread the cottage cheese evenly over the whole wheat tortilla.
