Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or set your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend the cottage cheese with the flour, egg, baking powder, salt, and any optional spices.
  3. Mix until a dough forms. If the mixture is sticky, gradually add more flour until combined.
