Delightfully fluffy biscuits made with high-protein cottage cheese and cheddar, perfect for breakfast or any occasion.

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the cottage cheese, flour, grated cheddar, chopped chives, baking powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk together the melted butter and the egg in another bowl until well combined.
