  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
