Ingredients

  • 1 lb Breakfast sausage
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 cup Kodiak pancake mix
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin well to prevent sticking.
  2. Cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Remove from heat.
  3. Combine the Kodiak pancake mix, eggs, and milk in a mixing bowl until you have a smooth batter.
  4. Stir in the cooked sausage, grated cheddar cheese, and maple syrup until well mixed.
  5. Pour this mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin, and enjoy!
