Deliciously convenient High Protein McGriddle Bites made with eggs, sausage, and cheese in whole grain pancakes, perfect for meal prep.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1 cup cheese, shredded
  • 4 whole grain pancakes
  • ¼ cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grease a muffin tin and place a layer of whole grain pancake at the bottom of each cup.
  4. Add cooked sausage and a sprinkle of cheese on top of the pancake layer.
  5. Pour the whisked eggs over the filling until just covered.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the egg is fully set.
  7. Drizzle with maple syrup just before serving. Enjoy!
