  • Maple Syrup to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the eggs, Greek yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Combine the flour and baking powder in another bowl.
  3. Gradually add the dry mixture to your wet ingredients, stirring until you create a smooth batter.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
