A delightful dish featuring honey BBQ chicken and crispy garlic parmesan potatoes, perfect for any weeknight dinner or casual gathering.

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup honey BBQ sauce
  • 2 pounds potatoes
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, thoroughly coat the chicken breasts with honey BBQ sauce. Allow marinating for at least 30 minutes.
  3. While the chicken marinates, wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  4. Toss the potato wedges in a mixing bowl with olive oil, minced garlic, grated parmesan, salt, and pepper until they’re evenly coated.
  5. Spread the potato wedges out on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until they’re golden brown and crispy.
  6. Grill or bake the marinated chicken until it’s fully cooked and has nice grill marks—this will take about 20-25 minutes.
  7. Serve the flavorful Honey BBQ Chicken alongside the crispy Garlic Parmesan Potatoes, and enjoy!

For extra crispy potatoes, ensure they are spread out in a single layer on the baking sheet.
