  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken breasts until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes on each side.
  2. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in soy sauce and honey, stirring to create a sauce.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer in the sauce for 5-10 minutes, until cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
