  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk or cream
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs (chopped, like parsley or chives)
  • Vegetables or cooked proteins (optional)
  • Cheese (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease four ramekins or your chosen baking dish.
  2. Crack the eggs into a medium bowl. Add the cottage cheese, milk or cream, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Whisk until well combined.
  3. Fold in the chopped fresh herbs and any optional vegetables or cooked proteins.
  4. Scoop the mixture into the prepared ramekins or baking dish. If using cheese, sprinkle it on top.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and the center slightly jiggles.
