  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
  3. Coat each chicken thigh generously with the marinade.
  4. Arrange the coated chicken thighs in a baking dish without overcrowding.
  5. Roast in the oven for 30–35 minutes until fully cooked and juices run clear when pierced.
  6. If desired, garnish with fresh herbs before serving hot.
