  • 32 ounces Frozen Tater Tots
  • 1 pound Breakfast Sausage
  • 1 cup Diced Ham
  • 1 cup Crumbled Bacon
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 6 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/4 cup Diced Green Onions
  • 1 cup Additional Shredded Cheese
  • Optional Toppings: Green onions, sour cream, hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned. If there’s excess fat, drain it.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  4. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish and layer the frozen tater tots evenly across the bottom.
  5. Distribute the cooked sausage, diced ham, and crumbled bacon over the tater tots.
  6. Carefully pour the egg mixture over the tater tots and meats, ensuring everything is evenly covered.
  7. Sprinkle the initial layer of shredded cheddar cheese on top, followed by the additional cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  9. Allow it to cool for a few minutes once removed from the oven. Garnish with diced green onions before serving.
