A creamy and savory chicken dish with sun-dried tomatoes and parmesan that promises to impress anyone at your dinner table.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook each side for about 6-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside on a plate.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, stir in parmesan cheese and sun-dried tomatoes. Heat through and let the sauce slightly thicken.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet and coat well with the creamy sauce. Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half. Serve over mashed potatoes or pasta for variety.
