Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat a splash of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sear the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side, aiming for a beautiful golden brown color.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
  5. Add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes to the skillet and sauté for about 2 minutes until they soften.
  6. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring gently to mix.

  8. Return the seared chicken to the skillet, allowing it to simmer in the sauce for about 10 minutes.
