Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Generously season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  4. Add the chicken to the skillet and sear each side until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.
  5. Once browned, remove the chicken from the skillet and place it on a plate.
  6. In the same skillet, add the halved cherry tomatoes, heavy cream, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir to combine all the ingredients well.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet, ensuring to spoon a generous amount of sauce over the tops.
  8. Transfer the skillet to your preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  9. Just before serving, garnish with fresh basil.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 4 days. Reheat gently to preserve the creamy sauce.
