Instructions

  1. Season the chicken: Generously sprinkle the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the oil: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Sear the chicken: Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Set aside: Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.

  8. Cook thoroughly: Cook for another 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  9. Incorporate cheese: Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
  10. Garnish: Before serving, garnish with fresh basil.
