  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and brown for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden.
  3. Toss in the sun-dried tomatoes directly into the skillet, mixing them with the chicken.
  4. Carefully pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring well. Bring it to a gentle simmer.
  5. Gradually stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, allowing it to melt and blend into a smooth, creamy sauce.
  6. Cook the chicken until it is fully cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
  7. Before serving, freshen the dish with a sprinkle of chopped basil on top.
