A creamy and flavorful chicken dish that transforms humble chicken breasts into a romantic feast with a luscious sun-dried tomato and Parmesan sauce.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, until golden brown. Once cooked, remove them from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the minced garlic for around 1 minute, or until fragrant.
  4. Add in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and cook for an additional 2 minutes to enhance their flavor.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine, and bring it to a gentle simmer. Mix in the Parmesan cheese, allowing it to melt and create a smooth sauce.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top. Let it cook for another 2-3 minutes to meld those incredible flavors.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil just before serving for a pop of color and herbaceous freshness.

Notes
