A delightful dish with creamy sauce, tender chicken, and al dente pasta that’s perfect for special occasions or busy weeknights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts, boneless, skinless
  • 8 ounces Pasta (fettuccine or penne)
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach
  • ½ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes, to taste
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.
  3. Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan until melted, adjusting seasoning with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to your liking.
  5. Toss in the fresh spinach and let it wilt.
  6. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and mix well to coat.
  7. Add the drained pasta and stir everything together thoroughly.
  8. Plate the pasta generously and consider adding a sprinkle of extra Parmesan and a dash of red pepper flakes before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the chicken in olive oil and spices before cooking. Use frozen spinach if fresh is unavailable.
