  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Begin by cooking the pasta according to the package instructions. Once done, drain it and set it aside.
  2. While the pasta cooks, generously season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until it is browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and allow it to rest.
  3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Now, pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, allowing it to melt and blend into a creamy sauce.
  5. Slice the rested chicken and return it to the skillet. Toss in the cooked pasta, ensuring everything is evenly coated in that magical sauce.
  6. If you like, garnish with fresh basil before serving warm.
