A rich and creamy pasta bake with tender chicken and sun-dried tomatoes, perfect for family gatherings or a cozy weeknight dinner.

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and cubed
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until it is al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant—about 1 minute.
  4. Stir in the cooked chicken and diced sun-dried tomatoes, pour in the cream, and sprinkle in the Italian seasoning. Mix well until everything is combined.
  5. Fold the cooked pasta and half of the Parmesan cheese into the skillet. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until bubbling and golden.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Garnish with fresh basil or parsley and serve with garlic bread and a crisp salad.
