A delicious dish combining tender chicken breasts in a creamy parmesan sauce with sumptuous ravioli, perfect for impressing someone special.

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups ravioli (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Begin by heating olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season your chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
  2. Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, until they’re golden brown and fully cooked through. Once done, remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
  3. In the same skillet, toss in the minced garlic and sauté it for about 30 seconds until it becomes fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and let it come to a gentle simmer. Stir in the parmesan cheese until it’s melted and the sauce is creamy.
  5. Cook the ravioli based on the package instructions. Once completed, drain them and add to your creamy sauce, tossing gently to coat.
  6. Slice the cooked chicken and layer it on top of the ravioli.
  7. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately for a deliciously inviting presentation!

Notes

For lighter options, swap heavy cream for coconut milk or add sun-dried tomatoes for added flavor.
