  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Heat the chicken broth in a large pot over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
  2. Stir in the shredded chicken and chopped sun-dried tomatoes, mixing well.
  3. Blend the softened cream cheese with garlic powder and onion powder in a separate bowl until smooth and creamy.
  4. Incorporate the cream cheese mixture into the soup gradually, stirring continuously until fully combined.
  5. Add the shredded cheese to the pot, allowing it to melt completely into the soup.
  6. Toss in the spinach now, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until it is wilted.
  7. Season the soup generously with salt and pepper to taste.
