Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 lb potato gnocchi
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 crusty baguette
  • 1/2 cup white wine

Instructions

  1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Stir in the sun-dried tomatoes and pesto until well combined.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
