  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Generously coat each chicken breast with the seasoning mixture, ensuring every surface is well covered.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken breasts into a baking dish, arranging them evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. The chicken is done when the juices run clear and it’s cooked through.
  6. Once done, remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes. Slice and serve warm. If desired, garnish with fresh herbs for added flavor and color.

Notes

You can prepare the chicken and seasoning mix in advance and marinate for enhanced flavor. For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
