  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until thoroughly blended.
  3. Arrange the chicken breasts in the prepared dish. Spread the creamy mixture evenly over each piece.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the topping is golden and bubbly.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot alongside rice, roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad.

Notes

For a lighter option, swap mayonnaise for Greek yogurt. Keep an eye on the chicken to prevent it from drying out.
