  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning for added flavor

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ¾ inch.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise (or yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over the tops of each chicken breast.
  5. Place the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with paprika or Italian seasoning if desired.
  6. Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the top is golden brown.
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
