A creamy and flavorful chicken dish that transforms weeknight dinners into something special.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise (or yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Arrange the chicken breasts in the greased baking dish, ensuring they are evenly spaced.
  4. Generously spread the creamy mixture over each chicken breast, coating them thoroughly.
  5. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the topping is golden and bubbly.
  6. Once baked, remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving hot.

Notes

For the best results, ensure chicken breasts are of even thickness. Broiling for the last 2-3 minutes can add an extra crunch.
