A zesty and flavorful marinade that transforms chicken into a mouthwatering dish, perfect for grilling or baking.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 chicken breasts

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, orange juice, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag.
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag and gently massage the marinade into the meat.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. For the best results, marinate for 2 hours or overnight.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  7. Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side or until fully cooked (the internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  8. Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
