  • 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup seeds (chia, flax, or pumpkin)
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the oats, peanut butter, honey, protein powder, seeds, chocolate chips (if using), vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Mix everything together until fully combined, creating a cohesive dough.
  4. Scoop out a tablespoon of dough and place it onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Press them down slightly to form cookie shapes.
  5. Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown.
  6. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack.
