Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs)
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 4 tbsp real butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep Your Ingredients: Mince the garlic and chop any vegetables you wish to add.
  2. Sear the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Sear each breast for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Sauté the Garlic: Once the chicken is browned, add the minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for about 1 minute or until fragrant.
  4. Add Chicken Broth: Pour in the low-sodium chicken broth and bring it to a boil.
  5. Stir in the Noodles: Add the egg noodles to the boiling broth. Lower the heat and let everything simmer for 8-10 minutes until the noodles are al dente.
