Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 cup vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine Greek yogurt, whole wheat flour, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and honey (if using) in a large bowl until a dough starts to form.
  3. Dust a floured surface and roll out the dough into a rectangular shape.
  4. Spread the vanilla extract evenly over the dough.
  5. Roll the dough into a log and slice it into rolls.
  6. Place the sliced rolls in a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let them cool slightly before frosting with a mixture of Greek yogurt, protein powder, and vanilla extract.
