Delicious and easy-to-make Protein Greek Yogurt Cookies that are guilt-free and nutritious.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips or nuts (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the Greek yogurt, almond flour, honey (or maple syrup), baking soda, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Stir the mixture well until all ingredients are smoothly combined.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips or nuts until evenly distributed.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto a lined baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
  6. Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  7. Cool the cookies for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.

Notes

Consider using room temperature Greek yogurt for better mixing. For a softer cookie, slightly underbake them.
