  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 lemon, juiced

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken thighs with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika, ensuring an even coating.
  3. Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the hot skillet.
  4. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, letting them develop a beautiful golden-brown color.
  5. Flip the chicken thighs and cook for another 5 to 7 minutes until fully cooked through.
  6. Just before serving, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the chicken and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

For a crisper skin, pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel before seasoning. Don’t skip the lemon for added freshness.
