  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the chicken until golden and fully cooked, then set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Stir in the orzo and chicken broth, mixing well.
