Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs chicken tenders
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 stick butter
  • 810 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup parmesan (grated)
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley (minced)
  • 1 tbsp dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1.5 tbsp dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Prep and skewer the chicken: Wash and pat dry the chicken tenders. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, ranch seasoning, onion powder, dill, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken tenders with this mixture and skewer them onto soaked wooden or metal skewers.
  2. Make the garlic Parmesan butter sauce: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in the parmesan, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, and fresh parsley until well combined.
  3. Cook the chicken: Preheat your grill or oven. For grilling, cook the skewers for about 5-7 minutes on each side, ensuring the internal temperature reaches 165°F. If using the oven, bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes, brushing the skewers with the garlic Parmesan sauce during the last few minutes.
  4. Serve: Pair the skewers with a fresh salad, roasted vegetables, or crispy coleslaw, and offer ranch dressing for dipping.

Notes

For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken in the ranch mixture for a few hours before cooking. Soak wooden skewers for at least 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
