  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 cup bread (cubed, optional)
  • 1 cup vegetables (such as bell peppers or spinach, optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Grease a baking dish and layer in the cooked sausage. If using, add bread and vegetables now.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients, ensuring everything is coated. Top with cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until eggs are set and the top is golden.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve hot and enjoy!
