  • 6 breakfast sausage links (fully cooked)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and a pinch of salt and pepper until well combined.
  3. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat; once melted, pour in the egg mixture.
  4. Scramble the eggs gently until just set, then remove from heat.
  5. Unroll the crescent dough on a clean surface and separate it into triangles.
