Delightful bite-sized pancakes combined with savory sausage, perfect for busy mornings or as a snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pancake mix
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
  • Cooking spray or oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Combine the pancake mix and water in a mixing bowl. Stir until just mixed — avoid overmixing!
  3. Fold in the crumbled sausage and shredded cheese until evenly distributed.
  4. Add a tablespoon of maple syrup if desired and mix well.
  5. Pour the batter into the greased muffin tins, filling each cup about three-quarters full.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before removing from the tin.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy your grab-and-go breakfast!
