Juicy chicken thighs coated in a creamy, spicy Bang Bang sauce, perfect for quick weeknight dinners.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Generously season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken in the skillet. Cook each side for about 6-7 minutes until nicely browned and juices run clear.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined. This is your Bang Bang sauce!
  5. Once the chicken is thoroughly cooked, remove it from the skillet and drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the top.
  6. Finish by garnishing with chopped green onions. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise. Can substitute chicken thighs with chicken breasts or tofu.
