Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until combined.
  2. In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until blended.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently stir until just combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  6. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  7. Remove from skillet and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar while warm.
  8. Serve warm with favorite toppings.
